3.0 SCOPE范围
This document defines Apple test specification and requirements for the heat soak test
performed by Apple’s Reliability Engineering Department. This test specification is applicable
only for new and unud product. 这份文件定义了苹果可靠性小组要求执行的高温高湿试

4.0 PURPOSE目的
To identify Product Design related issues including, though not limited to material issues,

5.1 Heat Chamber高温箱
The test chamber should be capable of providing the following temperature and relative humidity level: 试验箱提供温度和相对湿度如下：
65°C and 90%RH 温度65°C和相对湿度为90%;
The chamber should provide non-condensing transition when ramping to and from the
above test level, as well as sustain non-condensing environment during the test.当箱内温度和相对湿度急速达到上述水准（温度65°C和相对湿度为90%）的过程中试验箱必须保证无凝固现象，而且在整个实验中要维持这种无凝固状态；

6.1.1 Hardware Requirements硬件要求
The engineer requesting the test should specify the sample size that is suitable
to the test plan. Each sample should have all options prent and slots filled to
the extent possible. Unit tested must not have undergone any previous testing
that may have created a defect in a component that conflicts with the pass/fail

6.1.4 Procedure步骤
1. Inspect UUT for pre-existing cosmetic or mechanical damage.检测待测样品的外观和破损状
况；
2. Place UUT in heat chamber. 将待测样品放入高温箱中；
3. Ramp chamber from ambient conditions to 65°C, 90% RH following the ramp rates shown in the chart below.按照如下图表显示的变化条件将箱内条件从室温环境调节到65°C, 90% RH；
4. Allow UUT to dwell at above conditions for specified test time.允许待测样品停留在如上情形
指定的时间；
5. Ramp chamber back to ambient condition following the ramp rates shown in the chart below.
按照如下图表显示的变化条件将箱内条件调回到室温条件；
生活文案6. Re-inspect the UUT for cosmetic or mechanical damage. 再次检测待测样品的外观和破损状况；
NOTE: Chamber dwell times may be incread to allow the product thermal equilibrium to be reached before moving to the next test point. This should be bad on the product mass and number of units in test.在移动到下一个测试点前为了使产品达到热平衡，箱内停留时间可以作相应的增加。这是基于测试中产品的质量和数量。
