摘要：PURPOSE:To manufacture a light weight product with superior impact resistance which is not deformed if left outdoors for a long period of time by constituting of a top layer containing inorganic light weight aggregates hydrothermally compod preliminarily, a sublayer containing reinforced fibers and a fiber mesh material dispod between the top layer and the sublayer. CONSTITUTION:A top layer 1 is constituted mainly of cement and inorganic light weight aggregates, and the inorganic light weight aggregates are compod hydrothermally at the temperature of 150 deg.C or more perliminarily. As said material, an ALC material is ud, for instance, and the average grain size of the ALC material is 10 mm or less and contained in the range of 5-500 part by weight to 100 part by weight of cement. The reinforced fibers contained in the sublayer 2 are, for example, aramid fibers, vinylon fibers or carbon fibers of 3000 kg/mm<2> or more tensile modulus and contained at the ratio of 6 weight % or less in the sublayer. The shape of reinforced fibers is the chopped strand cut into the length of 3-20 mm. A fiber mesh material 3 is dispod in the interface between the top layer and the sublayer and enhances the strength and impact resistance of a cement product prepared. The thickness of the top layer 1 is made 2-10 times as much as that of the sublayer 2, and the gravity should preferably be in the range of 0.5-1.5.
