兹委托******有限公司于xx年xx月自某国"xxx"公司代购进口设备4台，现因设备质量问题，经双方协商一致，特签订以下延迟付汇协议，双方同意将付款期限延至2013年5月份之前。具体事项如下：

随笔600Hereby we appoint xxxx Limited to act as purchasing agent to import 4 ts equipments from "xxxxx company" dated Oct,2012. Due to the quality issues of equipment,both parties have reached an agreement through mutual consultation，and come to conclude of deferred payment agreement, the two sides agreed to extend the payment period till May 2013. The specific issues are as follows:
1. 本合同由买卖双方共同签订, 根据下表中规定的术语和条件, 双方同意买卖下列商品:
This Contract is made by and between the Buyer and the Seller; whereby the Buyer agree to buy and the Seller agree to ll the under mentioned commodities to the terms and conditions stipulated below:
2. 支付条款: 2013年5月1日前全T/T付款
PAYMENT: By T/T before 1st,May,2013.
3. 交货(DELIVERY）
受托方应严格按照约定的交货日期、交货地点及方式交付货物。
Trustee party agrees to ship products to the Truster’s designated place of delivery in time with the delivery schedules.Trustee shall be responsible for the costs and expens under the terms of delivery.
4. 合同的有效期及終止(TERM AND TERMINATION)
本合同的有效期自2012年10月20日起至2013年5月1日止.
The term of validity for this Agreement is from 20th,Oct,2012 to 1st,May,2013.村干部年终述职报告
当一方违约时，经守约方提示后，违约方未在7个工作日内纠正的，守约方可选择向违约方发出通知立即终止本合同。
If either party breaches the Agreement, and fails to cure within _7_ days upon receipt of notice from the non-defaulting Party, the non-defaulting Party may immediately terminate this Agreement by giving notice to the defaulting Party.竹开头的成语
5. 签署与修改(SIGNATURE AND MODIFICATION)

本合同自双方签字盖章之日起成立。本合同一式两份，委托方执一份，受托方执一份。
This Agreement is done in duplicate, and each Party keeps one copy. This Agreement will take into effect when signed by both Parties.
