Party A: Power Construction Corporation of China Hubei Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.
Party B: English Mountain Power Transmission and Transformation Co., Ltd.
Article 1 Project Overview
The English Mountain 220kV Transformer Substation Project is located in English Mountain, Jingzhou, Hubei Province, China. The project includes the design, construction, and installation of the substation and related facilities, as well as the commissioning and testing of all equipment and systems. The total investment for the project is estimated to be 50 million RMB.

Party A shall undertake the design, construction, and installation of the substation, and shall ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the technical specifications, quality standards, and relevant regulations and codes. Party A shall also provide all necessary technical and operational support to ensure that the substation is commissioned and tested successfully.
Party B shall provide all necessary land, permits, and approvals required for the construction of the substation, as well as the necessary funds to cover the costs of the project. Article 3 Project Schedule

Article 4 Payment Terms

Article 5 Quality and Safety Standards
Party A shall be responsible for ensuring that all work carried out in the construction of the substation is of high quality and meets the necessary safety standards. Party A shall also ensure that all equipment and systems installed in the substation are tested and commissioned successfully, and that the substation is fully operational upon completion.
Party B shall ensure that all necessary safety and curity measures are taken during construction and operation of the substation, and shall bear the responsibility for any damages or loss incurred due to negligence or failure to meet safety standards.
Article 6 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the implementation of this contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If no agreement can be reached, either party may refer the matter to a court of law for ttlement.
Article 7 Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep all information related to this contract confidential and shall not disclo it to any third party without the other party's written connt.
Article 8 Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated by either party if the other party breaches any of the ter

Article 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the implementation of this contract shall be ttled by the court in the jurisdiction where the project is located.

This contract shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain valid until the completion of the project and the successful commissioning and testing of the substation.
