The Buyer shall have the right to claim against the Seller for compensation of loss within 60 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, should the quality of the goods be found not in conformity with the specifications stipulated in the Contract after re-inspection by the China Commodity Inspection Bureau and the Buyer shall have the right to claim against the Seller for compensation of short-weight within 60 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, should the weight be found not in conformity with that stipulated in the Bill of Lading after re-inspection by the CCIB. 若货物经中国商品检验局复验后发现质量与本合同之规定不符，买方有权于货物到达目的地港后60天内向卖方提出索赔，若货物经中国商品检验局复检后发现重量与报单所示重量不符，买方有权于货物到达目的港后的60天向卖方提出短重索赔。

9. It is mutually agreed that the first 10,000 dozen blous shall be made under cut-make-trim terms and the rest of the orders under normal terms. 双方同意首批的一万打衬衫按照裁缝装饰条款生产，其余的按照通常的条款生产。
10. It is mutually understood that the Certificate of Quality and Weight issued by the Chine Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau at the port of shipment shall be taken as the basis of delivery.

11. It is understood that the Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to caus for which the Insurance Company, Shipping Company other transportation organizations and/or Post Office are liable. 双方同意，卖方对于由转运单位或邮政部门造成的损失不予负责。
12. It is esntially stresd that the Buyers are requested to sign and return the duplicate of this Contract within 3 days, from the date of receipt. In the event of failure to do this, the Sellers rerve the right to cancel the Contract.必须强调买方应于收到合同3日内签署并退回合同副本，否则卖方保有取消合同的权力。
C. Cohesion

2. Party B guarantees that he is the legitimate owner of the know-how supplied to Party A according to the stipulations of the Contract, and that he is lawfully in a position to transfer the know-how to Party A. 5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to the BUYER having received written approval of the SELLER or, in cas in which the SELLER has been given a reasonable opportunity to cure any def推求
ect or non-conformance [which period on the event will be no less than thirty (30) days] and has failed to do so, having given prior notice to the effect, repairs and rectification may be carried out or replacements may be made by the BUYER or by a third party on its behalf for the SELLER’S account.
