3.1 甲方的权利和义务:

(4)不得擅自更改房屋结构或进行对房屋的大修,不得影响邻居的正常生活;
(5)保护甲方的权益,不得进行违约行为。
3.3 履行方式:
(1)租金:乙方每月需支付租金人民币 (CNY)_____________元整;
(2)押金:乙方需要向甲方支付押金人民币(CNY)_____________元整,用于保证房屋的完好还原以及应付乙方逾期或违约行为产生的经济损失。

4. 遵守中国的相关法律法规

5. 法律效力和可执行性
本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效,合同内容的修改、终止必须经过双方协商一致,并在书面合同中注明,否则不得生效。
