摘要：目的磨牙分体桩的临床制作修复经验。方法挑选120位患者，共162颗在我院进行了完善根管治疗的磨牙。常规的桩根管预备后，将硅橡胶轻体注入髓室，用螺旋输送器导入各根管，再以硅橡胶重体取出，交于技工室制作分体桩熔模，铸造分体桩，然后粘接，进行冠修复。结果修复完成后的162颗患牙，无一例发生牙冠横折、分体桩松动、根折情况。均能良好地行使咀嚼功能。结论在临床上用螺旋充填器导入硅橡胶轻体的间接法制取磨牙分体桩熔模，简洁精准，具有很强的实用性。
