摘要：PURPOSE:To shorten a data processing time by executing a reading or writing from a head when a moving head is shifted from a front edge part to a rear edge part of a magnetic stripe and executing the reading or the writing from the end when the head is shifted from the rear edge part to the front edge part. CONSTITUTION:The first data processing means to process the read data in the quence of reading when the data are read while the moving head is shifted from the front edge side to the rear edge side of the magnetic stripe and to write the data in the quence from the head of data when the data are written, and the cond data processing means to process the read data in the quence of rever reading when the data are read while the moving head is shifted from the rear edge side to the front edge side of the magnetic stripe and to write in the quence from the end of the data when the data are written are provided. Thus, when the moving head is stopped at the front edge part of the magnetic stripe, the data can be read and written by the first data processing means and when the head is stopped at the rear edge part of the magnetic stripe, the data can be read and written by the cond data processing means, and the data processing speed is improved.
