岗位概述:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
向首席执行官直接汇报,特别助理负责指导和协调恒安各部门的活动,帮助首席执行官制定与管理企业政策。若有授权可作为首席执行官的代表参与恒安的各项会议。其职责包括确认需求和问题,通过调研获得数据,分析后提出建议或推荐解决的方案。
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Special Assistant directs and coordinates activities in HengAn departments, and aids chief executive officer in formulating and administering organization policies.  Acts as CEO’s reprentative in various HengAn meetings as delegated.  Defines need or problem, conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advi on or recommend solution.
