Incoterms 2010 (International Rules for the Interpretation Trade of Terms
2010, abbreviated Incoterms 2010
It is the revision of Incoterms 2000 revid by the International Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the development of international trade in goods. It was promulgated in September 27, 2010 and implemented in January 1, 2011.
I. major changes in Incoterms 2010 relative to INCOTERMS2000
1. adjustment of terminology categories: 2 original EFCD four components are applied to two categories: applicable to various modes of transportation and water transport
2. the number of trade terms has changed from 13 to 11.
3. "Incoterms 2010" deleted the Incoterms 4 terms: DAF (Delivered, at, Frontier), frontier delivery, DES,
(Delivered, Ex, Ship) port of destination, FOB, DEQ (Delivered, Ex, Quay) port of destination, quay delivery, DDU (Delivered, Duty)

The Incoterms 2010 contains 11 trade terms, which are classified into two broad categories according to the applicable modes of transport:
Group 1: ven terms applicable to any mode of transportation: EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP.
EXW (ex, works) factory delivery
FCA (free, carrier) delivery of the goods to the carrier
CPT (carriage, paid, to) freight paid to destination
CIP (carriage, and, insurance, paid, to) freight / insurance paid to destination
