再生轻骨料混凝土抗压强度指标换算关系研究

魔毯摘要:为了研究再生轻骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度,以及两者之间的换算关系,以再生轻粗骨料取 代率为变化参数,制作了15个标准立方体试块和15个标准棱柱体试块,进行抗压强度试验。实测了试块的抗压 强度,探讨了不同再生轻粗骨料取代率对于再生轻骨料混凝土抗压强度的影响规律,采用数据统计回归的方法,得 到了再生轻骨料混凝土轴心抗压强度和立方体抗压强度之间的换算关系。研究结果表明:再生轻骨料混凝土的抗 压强度均低于普通混凝土的抗压强度;随着再生轻粗骨料取代率的增加,再生轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度逐渐降低;
再生轻骨料混凝土轴心和立方体抗压强度之间的换算关系和普通混凝土并不相同;基于实测数据,建立了再生轻 骨料混凝土抗压强度指标之间的换算关系式。

Abstract :In order to study cube compressive strength and prism compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete,and conversion relationship between the two with the replacement rate of recycled lightweight coar aggregate as change parameters, 15 standard cube test blocks and 15 standard prism test blocks were produced to carry out the test.Then compressive strength of test blocks were measured,and the regularity of different replacement rate of recycled lightweight co
ar aggregate influencing compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete was discusd,as the method of statistical regression adopted,the conversion relationship between of axial compressive strength and cube compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete was obtained.The results show that compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete are lower than compressive strength of ordinary concrete;and that compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete gradually decreas as replacement rate of recycled lightweight coar aggregate increas;as well as,the conversion relationship between axial compressive strength and cube compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete is different from ordinary concrete;bad on the experimental data, conversion relationship formula between compressive strength indexes of recycled lightweight aggregate
