摘要随着低碳时代的来临,汽车轻址化的发展已成为一种趋势。到2020年,乘用车整体耗油目标为5L/100km,汽车轻量化的需求已十分迫切,材料的选择则是轻吐化的关键。碳纤维具有优越的比强度、比刚度,能提供优异的轻最化效果,但成本较高;而玻璃纤维虽然成本远低于碳纤维,但其力学性能相对较低。因此,基于材料性能与成本的综合考量,碳玻混合纤维复合材料在汽车轻最化的应用中具有重要的研究意义。在复合材料的成型过程中,渗透率是影响复合材料成型质量和力学性能的重要参数之一。本文主要通过液体成型工艺制作不同混合形式的层合板,通过测匮层间混铺织物以及层内混编织物
在X方向的渗透率,研究各材料的工艺特性;通过对比层合板的力学性能及内外部质疑状况,研究各材料在汽车轻量化领域的可应用性。

ABSTRACT With the advent of the low-carbon era,the development of lightweight automotive has become a trend.By2020, the target of pasnger car overall fuel consumption is5L/100km,the demand for lightweight car has been very pressing,the choice of materials is the key to lightweight.Carbon fiber has superior specific strength and specific stiflhess,which is excellent for the lightweight purpo.However,the cost is very high;although the cost of glass fiber is much lower than carbon fiber,the mechanical properties are relatively lower.As a result,in considerations of both material properties and cost,the rearch of hybrid carbon/glass fiber composites is significant in the
lightweight automotive applications.During the composite forming process,permeability is one of the most important parameters to consider for the quality and mechanical properties of the composite.This work mainly focus on synthesis of hybrid fiber composite laminates using different forms of fabrics via liquid forming process,and by measuring the permeability in the X direction of the interlaminar hybrid fabrics and the intralaminar hybrid fabris,the processing characteristics of each material were studied.By comparing the mechanical properties of laminate and the intemal/surface quality conditions,the feasibility of the materials applications in lightweight automotive are discusd. 近年来,为了应对全球气候变化、保障能源供应等重大问题,全球大多数国家纷纷开展低碳经济,其中包含制定严格的汽车能耗和排放标准,我国已经明确指出:到2020年将汽车百公里平均油耗降至5L。国外有明确试验表明:若汽车整车重量降低10%,燃油效率可提高6%~8%;汽车整车质量每减少100公斤,百公里油耗可降低O.3-O.6升;汽车重量降低1%,油耗可降低0.7%。因此.汽车轻量化是降低排放、节约能源的最佳途径。
