The cond fraction is directed to a cond sorting station (50) where the incoming flow is again divided into an acceptable flow (56) which is sorted primarily by reference to the thickness and a cond fraction (60) consisting too thick chips or excessive size. The cond fraction is then fed to a downsizing station (66).
