摘要：The prent invention provides a distributed control method and a system for legally monitoring in an IMS network. The distributed control method compris the following steps: after a Law Enforcement Monitoring Facility (LEMF) informs an Administration Function (ADMF) of a monitored ur, the ADMF informs a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) signed by the monitored ur of the monitored ur; the HSS queries ur identity information of said monitored ur; and finally the ADMF carries out distributed control according to said ur identity information returned by the HSS, or the HSS directly carries out the distributed control according to said ur identity information. By using the technical solution of the prent invention, the monitoring matching efficiency and the accuracy of a Call Session Control Function (CSCF) and an Application Server (AS) are improved, so that the monitoring data reported by the CSCF and the AS are more complete.
