摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home care patient support system which
can speedily and properly treat a patient according to the symptoms of the patient without placing any burden on the family. SOLUTION: On a specific date, data on a specific patient are read out of a registered patient databa 35 in a home care patient databa system 23 and a control part 27 connects a telephone line to the home patient 15 through a communication system 40 according to the data. A medical interviewer 39 makes a medical interview call to the home patient 15, makes a contact with a clinic 17 or hospital 18 according to the interview result, and overwrites the result in the registered patient databa 35 in addition to the read data. In emergency, a direct emergency signal is inputted from the home patient 15 to the control part 27, which generates an alarm and requests the contact destination such as the clinic 17 given priority in advance to take proper measures.
