摘要：A DC-DC power converter is provided that has reduced output current ripple and avoids resonant energy storage. A reluctance ratio between an inductor leg (110C)and a "non-winding" leg (110A) determines the percentage of transformer leg flux. This
ratio determines the relative voltage that changing flux induces across the transformer condary and inductor windings, thereby determining the net voltage applied across the inductor. The net voltage applied across the inductor determines how much the inductor current changes and, as a result, the ripple current in the output inductor. During the remainder of the ret or circulator portion of the cycle with the condary side circulator switch 108 activated and a negative ret capacitor voltage applied across the primary winding, the opposite of the net primary winding voltage is generated. The polarity reduces the current through the transformer primary, resulting in an increa in magnetic flux. [Selected figure] Figure 1
