解暑的方法摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce cost of production and mounting process and to eliminate the inclining and bending of the badge becau of the deviation of the hole for the mounting pin of the badge by directly mounting the aluminum coining badge to the net substrate with a hot-melt sheet it between. CONSTITUTION:An indentation 10a is made in a bed 10, in which the aluminum coining badge 8 and the hot-melt sheet 9 are placed. The net plate is placed inside the frame-form protrusion 10b provided on the bed 10. And the net substrate 4 and the badge 8 are positioned. Later, the heating part 11 and the heating plate 12 with are asmbled in a vertically movable state to and from the bed 10 are moved up and down to bond by thermocompression the sheet 9 and the badge 8 through the substrate 4. The boding of the sheet 9 and the substrate 4 is made by that the sheet 9 melts and sticks to the fibers of the substrate 4. So, the material of substrate 4 can be a synthetic fiber that easily melts with heat, or cotton, or other animal fiber, or others. With a Teflon sheet 13 provided on the end of the heating plate 12, adhesion of the malted sheet 9 to the heating plate 12 due to permeation through the substrate 4 is prevented, and the finishing is made beautiful.
