摘要：PURPOSE:To increa strength and heat radiant area by providing a fin-shaped overhang in two clusters of fin-shaped overhangs installed on a thin steel plate and fabricating a tank side chamber using a panel corrugated radiation plate with the said clusters of fin-shaped overhangs arranged oppod to each other. CONSTITUTION:Two clusters of overhangs 12, 13 with plural pieces of fin-shaped overhang 11a formed continuously at a fixed interval by corrugating a steel sheet 11, are provided to form a reinforcing piece 17. In addition, at the center of the clusters of overhangs 12, 13, one fin-shaped overhang 14 is provided with a flat plate part 15 also formed. At the same time, a flat plate part 16 is provided at the both ends. Then the part 15 is bent at right angle so that the overhangs 12, 13 are formed oppod to each other. Further, the prts 16 at the both ends are bent and welded together to form a flange 16a. Plural pieces of panel corrugated radiation plate 10 fabricated in this way are asmbled together and welded to form a tank side chamber. Thus the mechanical strength and radiation area of a tank are incread and cost involved is reduced.
