In this paper, the theoretical formulas for fluorescence quenching and enhancement at different temperatures are compared, and their rationality is proved. The experimental results show that when the temperature is incread, the degree of fluorescence quenching and enhancement will increa, but with the increa of temperature, the degree of this change will become smaller and smaller. The experimental results also show that the degree of fluorescence quenching and enhancement at different temperatures depends on the characteristics of the excitation spectrum, as well as the types and concentrations of active substances in the solution.
