油墨作为印刷生产中的重要材料之一,它的特性如何很大程度上决定着产品的印刷质量。油墨的多种特性中,粘度又是最为重要的。而在实际生产中,影响油墨粘度最为明显的因素就是温度。温度高时,油墨分子相对移动能力增强,油墨的粘度下降;温度低时,油墨分子内聚力强,油墨的粘度上升。因此,通常温度增高,油墨变稀,温度降低,油墨变稠。
本课题中,社情民意反映制度通过ANSYS CFX其它部门>属鼠的明星建立油墨流动仿真模型,提取数据,分析温度变化;随后设备转让合同范本通过对油墨印刷适应仪进行多组模拟印刷实验,用温度枪和红外热像仪测量墨辊表面温度数据,记录并处理数据,分析移动客户经理油泵压力、墨辊转速对油墨温度上升的影响,得出结论,并与仿真的结论进行对比分析,掌握油墨温度变化机理以及油墨温度场变化的特性,从而对实际生产提供理论依据。
