Mr. Zou is Business Director, Great China, DuPont Sustainable Solutions, a
global solutions business specializing in transforming workplaces and work
cultures with rvices and technologies that bring about sustained
improvements in safety, operational and environmental performance.
Mr.Zou is responsible for overall Greater China strategy and advis nior
management on the culture change. He led his team provided best-in-class
safety management and sustainable operations counl to nior leaders and
managed a number of major clients from industries including oil and gas,
petrochemicals, power utilities, steel, coal mining and transportation.
Mr.Zou has more than 20years extensive experience in the areas of process
automation, plant operation, safety and optimization solutions.
Prior to joining DuPont, Andy was the General Manager of AspenTech
(Beijing) Ltd, where he led its business growth in Greater China. Before
AspenTech, Andy has worked with Honeywell in a variety of project
consulting, project management, sales and business development
assignments, all in leadership roles for the company’s Process Solutions
Business both in China and Singapore.
Mr. Zou holds a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering from
Zhejiang University, China, and a Ph. D in Advanced Control from the
National University of Singapore.

司担任亚太区业务拓展经理，销售总监等高级管理职位，负责一系列过程解决
方案项目的咨询，实施和管理业务。

Mr. Jianping Xu
President of SITIIAS
Graduated in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Jiangsu
University in 1984.
Employed at Shanghai Inspection and Testing Institute of Instruments and
Automatic Systems (SITIIAS) / National Supervision and Inspection Centre
for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation (NEPSI), and mainly
engaged in R&D of explosion protection technologies, testing and
certification of electrical equipments ud in explosive atmospheres, as
well as site inspection on explosion protection and safety of engineering
projects.
As a Young Science and Technology Expert honoured by the former
Ministry of Machinery Industry and an expert enjoying special subsidy

防爆安全监督检验站（NEPSI）站长，是全国防爆电气设备标准化技术委员
会副秘书长、美国仪表学会防爆电气设备委员会（ISA 12）高级会员、英国
特许工程师、国际电工委员会防爆电气设备认证体系（IECEx）主任评审

business administration in Bal, B.Sc. diploma.
The company, which was founded in 1932, has been manufacturing explosion
proof electrical apparatus since 1955. In full charge of the company since 1977.
Field of work: design and production of electrical apparatus for gas and dust
explosive atmospheres in all types of protection.
Chairman of Technical Committee TC 31 in Switzerland, Member of
International TC 31 Working Groups and Maintenance Teams: General
Requirements ICE 60079-0, Incread Safety ICE 60079-7, Non-Sparking IEC
60079-15, Risk of Ignition of Optical Radiation IEC 60079-28, Trace Heating
