I have added the lid with tapered sides to allow for grip when locking or unlocking the 'ear plug'. The lid inrts locating to small lugs mounted on the sides of the underside of the lid (lid A + lock B joined together) into the two small openings in the main body of the 'ear plug', allowing for an approximate 170 degre运动剪影e turn clockwi to lock, and the same anticlockwi turn to unlock. The lid when locked in place 'should' be watertight to protect the item/s inside from water damage. The item is made from PLA [Poly (lactic acid)], which is non-toxic for wearing on the body, and is hard wearing and also has an aesthetically pleasing, shiny look. The items width will always be the same as 'most' ear lobes are the same size, but the diameter of this item can be made from approximately 10mm diameter, to 30mm diameter (or beyond). This item, as it is jewellery, and to be worn in the ear, a range of diameter sizing is very important to be able to make this item suit each specific customers ear hole size, and the customers desires. All diameter possibilities (within reason), with the approximate 1 0mm width to suit ear lobe size/s, are included in this application, as an application for each different size in diameter would not only be expensive, but impractical.
