激光雷达在精确跟踪、瞄准和定位、通讯、探测、大气研究等诸多方面均有广泛的应用,它已成为目
前高科技领域研究的重点之一。但是现在的军事战争中无人机的侦查,导弹的制导等诸多任务都受到了遮蔽物的影响,不能及时准确的发现、判断重要目标,这将贻误战机,极大地削弱了我军的战斗力。基于盖革模式雪崩光电二极管作为探测器的新型激光雷达体制提出以来,在多次试验中都发现了很好的抗遮蔽性能,这为战场上遮蔽目标成像技术提供了很好的发展空间。本文主要研究了Gm-APD啁啾光子激光雷达的测距精度,并在此基础上对遮蔽目标的探测进行了深入的研究。
本文首先调研了Gm-APD啁啾光子激光雷达的国内外研究现状,全面分析了当前研究背景,明确了该课题的研究目的与意义,并在比较分析了当前该领域的研究前沿的基础上确定本文的研究内容。
其次本文深入的研究了Gm-APD啁啾光子雷达系统的工作原理,针对死时间限制采样率和调制宽度,从而影响测距精度的问题,对啁啾调制光子雷达的系统中频后处理算法进行了最小方差无偏估计方法的改进,这种方法有效地提高了Gm-APD啁啾光子雷达的测距精度。
最后本文还对遮蔽目标的探测进行了深入的研究,根据遮蔽情况的不同,将遮蔽分为软遮蔽和硬遮蔽两种情况:针对软遮蔽目标采用阈值法来提取遮蔽物后的目标;针对硬遮蔽目标采用最大值滤除遮蔽物数据点以及利用二阶导数寻找局部平整的目标区域的方法进行感兴趣目标的提取。最后进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,这两种方法针对不同情况都有很好的遮蔽目标成像效果。

Abstract
Lar radar have a wide applications in the accurate tracking, targeting and positioning, communications, detection, atmospheric rearch and so on, so it has become the focus of rearch in the field of high technology. However, many different tasks of the modern military war, such as the investigation of the unmanned aerial vehicle, missile guidance and so on, are affected by the shelter. This makes we couldn’t find high value target timely and correctly, which will weaken the fighting capacity of our army greatly. Since the system of Chirped Amplitude Modulation Ladar bad on Gm-APD detector came up, it had shown good detecting sheltered target ability in many experiments. This paper mainly rearches the range accuracy of Chirped AM Ladar bad on Gm-APD. Bad on that, this paper rearches the sheltered target detecting.
Firstly, this paper investigates the current rearch situation about Chirped AM Ladar bad on Gm-APD and makes clear the significance and purpo of this study. Bad on that, the main rearch content of this paper is confirmed.
Secondly, this paper rearch the operational principle of Chirped AM Ladar bad on Gm-APD deeply. Due to the dead time of Gm-APD limits the sampling frequency increa and frequency modulation bandwidth expansion, which limits the range accuracy increa. This paper us the minimum variance unbiad estimation method to deal with the intermediate frequency signal. The rearch result shows this method can improve the range accuracy effectively.
Finally, this paper rearches the sheltered target detecting. According to the different sheltered situation, soft shelter and hard shelter are parated: for soft shelter situation, the threshold method is ud to extract the signal of the sheltered target; for the hard shelter situation, the maximum value filtering the shelter method and the cond derivative extracting the sheltered target method are employed to pick up the interested targets. The simulation result shows that the two methods have good ability of detecting the sheltered target.
