责任追究制度摘要目的建立健康妊娠期女性的血栓弹力图参考范围。方法回顾性分析某院2018年5月一2019年6月检测的健康妊娠期女性血栓弹力图294名，其中78名早孕期女性、47名中孕期女性$169名晚孕期女性，以同期健康体检成年非孕女性40名作为对照组，研究对象的R值(反应时间)、K值(凝血时间)、MA值(最大振幅)、Angle角、CI值(凝血综合指数)等指标，建立健康妊娠期女性血栓弹力图95%参考范围。结果对照组R值(6.29±1.25)min、K值1.72(1.29,2.82)min显著高于妊娠组5.70 (5.10,6.40)min、1.50(1.30,1.80)min'而妊娠组Angle角68.05(64.40,70.40)"、MA值67.20(63.38,72.10)mm、CI值1.40(0.38,2.40)显著高于对照组(62.62±6.04)"、(63.94±3.20)mm、(-0.36±1.56)，妊娠组与对照组比较，各项参数均差异有统计学意义(!=-2.581、-3.019、-4.374、-3.964、-5.546,#<0.05)。通过分析得到血栓弹力图参考范围:R：3.7~7.7min；K：0.9~2.9min；Angle：52.9~74.2°；MA：52.2~79.9mm；CI：-0.9~3.7。结论妊娠期人群的凝血状态与非孕人群不同，设备提供的非孕人群的参考范围不适用于孕妇，通过回顾性分析可建立健康妊娠女性血栓弹力图参考范围。
