我司海外运营游戏的一些建议 Suggestions for overas operation

我司游戏全球化运营的,需要同步注意以下方面:
We need to pay attention to veral aspects for launching games globally as following:
1、总的原则 Main principle
1)在游戏内的显著位置显示公司最新版的英文《用户协议》及《隐私政策》,如为个别游戏设计独立的官网的,应在该独立官网的下方同样附上。;
Display the newest Ur agreement and Privacy Policy in English at a prominent position in-game. The games which have its own website should also put them in the website.
2)收集用户信息遵循合法、正当、必要的原则,不收集与我司服务无关的用户个人信息;
Obey the principle of being lawful, legitimate and necessary when collecting ur informatio
n, and not to collect the ur information which has nothing to do with our rvices.
3)不开启与服务无关的功能,例如我司游戏内并无任何上传照片的功能或通信的功能,就可以不再获取相机、电话的权限。
Do not enable the irrelevant function which has nothing to do with our rvices. For example, if our game does not have any function to upload the pictures or communicate in-game, we can’t ask access for camera and phone.

Our company does not have any games that are only aimed at children, they are all mass-oriented. We suggest limiting the children’s play in the game by age screening, and parate them with adults in the collection/usage/disclosure of information at later stage.
2、筛查第三方合作 Screening on cooperation with the Third-Parties
1)经与Soso Zhang确认,如游戏全球运营,目前我司合作的可能会在我司游戏海外版本上发布广告的第三方广告商主要有Vungle, Unity, Inmobi, Adcolony, Fyber, Applovin, AdMob, Supersonic, Facebook, Tapjoy, Loopme, Appnext, Smaato, AdMob1。我司不会主动向该等第三方广告商提供用户的信息,但该等第三方广告商可自行获取一定的信息,具体的信息我司无法获知,只能推算大概。

We will not nd the ur information to the Third-Party advertirs voluntarily, but they can get some information by themlves, and we do not know specifically what can they obtain, just roughly.
理一分殊鉴于InMobi 一案,及近期迪士尼和Kiloo在美国的两个诉讼案均与将收集的儿童个人信息分享给第三方广告公司有关,我司应谨慎处理与第三方的合作。我司游戏上存在与第三方合作的,或与第三方分享信息的,应查看与该第三方签署的协议是否有约定关于个人信息的收集和保护,以及违反约定的责任承担,如未有约定应及时签署补充协议以保证我司权益。此部分合作仍在筛查中。
It has something to do with sharing the children’s information to the Third-Parties in the cas of InMobi/Disney/Kiloo. Our company should be more careful when cooperate with the Third-Parties. We should check if the contract with the Third-Parties includes the protection of ur information and the responsibility for violating the rules. If the contract d
oes not include the, we should sign a supplementary agreement to guarantee our rights.
