（保监会备案编号：都邦[2009]N262号）
兹经双方同意，本保险扩展承保，被保险人以业务经营为唯一目的对非自有机动车辆维护或使用，包括装卸时发生意外事故，造成本保险适用的人身伤亡或财产损失时，被保险人应负的法律赔偿责任。
但是，本扩展条款不适用于：
（一）被保险人在任何合同或协议项下承担的责任；
（二）上述机动车辆用作公共或出租运输工具时的责任；
（三）被保险人所有或运输的财产的损失。

长相思是一首什么双方进一步同意，本扩展条款仅作为超额保险，承担被保险人所能获得的，任何其它有效保险之上超出部分的赔偿责任。

健身美女图片It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy extends to indemnify the Insured in respect of all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as compensation arising from bodily injury or property damage to which this insurance applies, caud by an occurrence and arising out of the maintenance or u, including loading and unloading, of any non-owned automobile, for the sole purpo of conducting the business of the Insured.告别昨天
讳的读音Provided that this extension shall not apply:
(1) to liability assumed by the Insured under any contract or agreement;
(2) to liability while such automobile is ud as a public or livery conveyance;
(3) to loss or damage to property owned or being transported by the Insured.
Provided further that this endorment shall be an excess insurance over any other valid and collectible insurance available to the insured.
This Clau is subject otherwi to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this policy.
