摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate having a good punchability and small minus camber by a method wherein a paper ba material impregnated with a specific amount of epoxy resin is arranged in the center layer, a glass fabric material impregnated with epoxy resin is arrange to the outer layer, and a metal foil is arranged to the outermost layer, and they are integrated with each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of paper ba material 1 impregnated with epoxy resin is arranged in the center, each glass fabric ba material 2 impregnated with epoxy resin is arranged on both outer layers, and a metal foil 3 such as a copper foil is arranged at the outmost layer. Tho layers are integrally laminated, for example, at a temperature of 160-180 deg.C, under the pressure of 80-120kg/cm<2> to produce a laminate. It is esntial to impregnate the epoxy resin impregnated paper ba material 1 with 10-15wt.% of melamine resin. If melamine resin is less than 10wt.%, minus camber after etching becomes great, if it is above 15wt.% its punchability is lowered.
