摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the variance of luminance and the deterioration of a photonsitive body caud by the lowering of the luminance of a light emitting element and to improve recording quality by providing a writing starting position variable means which deviates the image writing starting position on the photonsitive body by plural light emitting elements every specified number of recorded sheets. CONSTITUTION:An optical writing head has plural N-number of light emitting elements arranged in one line. And light beams are radiated from the plural light emitting elements to the photonsitive body through image-formation elements so as to form an electrostatic latent image. N-number of light emitting elements are divided into plural groups and respectively driven by plural integrated circuits for driving 11, 12,.... And N-number of light emitting elements arranged in one line are arranged in a width direction perpendicular to the rotating direction of the photonsitive body 29 and the respective light emitting elements respectively form optical images in the same spots in the width direction of the photonsitive body 29. In such a ca, the writing starting position of effective picture element signals on the photonsitive body is altered every constant period, for example, it is altered two dots by two dots every one page of recording and restored in the recording of a 4th page. Thus, the variance of luminance and the
