or cylinder guides (4), wherein each rail, strip or cylinder guide (4) has a ba-part-guiding slide (5) and a head-contact-part-guiding slide (6) arranged in a form-fitting manner on the latter, wherein the ba-part-guiding slide (5) is arranged immovably on the ba part (1), and the head contact part (2) is arranged on the head-contact-part-guiding slide (6) by means of a pivoting device (9) so as to be inclinable in the direction of the driver's head, and wherein a parate locking device (7, 8, 9) is arranged between the ba part (1) and the head contact part (2), the locking device locking the head contact part (2) in a desired state with respect to the ba part (1). This permits a simple and manual horizontal adjustment and inclination of the headrest.
