摘要:分子离子峰内常见现象是分子离子簇内分峰的重叠,且往往是不同分子离子的同位素簇重叠在一起,这就影响了正确计算同位素峰簇强度的必要。本文提出了一种用于计算同位素峰簇强度的方法,并提出了一种有效地校正同位素峰簇强度的方法。该方法能够有效地消除邻峰干扰,优于传统的峰谱积分方法,能够大量地解决同位素重叠的问题,并能够有效识别分子峰。

The method can effectively eliminate neighboring peak interference, is superior to the traditional peak spectrum integration method, can solve the isotope overlap problem in large quantities, and can effectively identify molecular peaks.
