若尔盖草原4路宽带Wilkinson功分器设计

摘要:针对雷达和中继通信系统对宽带多路功分器的需求,本文在理论分析的基础上,利用ADS2016软件设计了一款应用于L波段的1分4路Wilkinson宽带功分器。仿真和测试结果表明,该功分器具有隔离度大于20 dB,插入损耗小于6.2 dB,驻波比小于1.2的优良性能,为L波段功率放大器的大功率合成奠定了良好的设计基础。

Abstract:In view of the demand of radar and relay communication system for broadband Power Divider of multi-path, a four ways broadband power divider covering L-band has been designed by ADS2016 software bad on the theoretical analysis. Simulation and test results show that the power divider has excellent performance with isolation degree of more than 20 dB, inrtion loss of less than 0.2 dB and standing wave ratio of less than 1.2. The power divider provides a good design basis for high-power synthesis of L-band power amplifiers.
