摘要：PURPOSE:To increa tting accuracy of X-ray tube current to prevent tting error by arranging an adder who one input end is connected to a divider and other input end to a reference voltage generator, and connecting it to a voltage controller. CONSTITUTION:An adder 24c who one input end is connected to a divider 24a and other input end to a reference voltage generator 24b is arranged. The output end of the adder 24 is connected to a voltage controller 14, and X-ray tube current is t by a tting value of input of the adder. Setting voltage V0 is divided into variable voltage Vy and reference voltage Vref, and the variable voltage Vy is made as output of the divider 24a, and effect of variation of input voltage Vx to the divider 24a on X-ray tube current is decread. Thereby, tting of X-ray tube current is stabilized and tting accuracy of X-ray tube current is incread to prevent generation of tting error.
