一、体检前注意事项：Notices before health screening
1. 体检前一天不要吃过多油腻、不易消化的食物，不饮酒，不要吃对肝、肾功能有损害的药物；
2. 体检前一天要注意休息，避免剧烈运动和情绪激动，保证充足睡眠，以免影响体检结果；
3. 体检当日不要穿连裤袜，如有近视，请佩戴有框眼镜；
中国元旦的由来4. 体检前一天晚上8点以后禁食，10点以后禁水，
5. 体检当日早晨应禁食、禁水保持空腹；
1. One day before health screening, plea avoid having oily or indigestible diet and no alcohol. Plea do not take any medication which will damage the liver or kidney function.
2. One day before health screening, ensure enough sleeping time; avoid hard exercis.
3. At the day of health screening, plea do not wear panty-ho. Plea wear glass (no contact lens) if you are myopia.点蜡烛什么意思
4. One day before health screening, absolute diet after 8 pm and absolute water after 10 pm
5. In the morning of health screening, no breakfast and water.
二、体检中注意事项: Notice of health screening
1. 所有参加体检人员到达体检中心后请到前台报出单位和自己的姓名，领取体检手册参加体检（门口有护士小姐迎宾导引）；
2. 孕妇或计划怀孕者请不要做X光检查；
3. 参加体检的人员做餐前项目检查之前（B超和抽血检查等）请不要吃任何东西；
4. 抽血检查时医生拔出针后，请自行用棉球按压针眼2-3分钟，防止血肿；
5. 我们在餐饮区为您准备了早餐，请您在餐前项目检查完毕后光临；
6. 用完食物后请保持环境的清洁，请勿在体检场所抽烟；
7. 餐后依据体检表内容进行各科检查，不要漏检，以免影响最后体检的结果；
8. 胸透时尽量不要佩戴各种饰物如项链、胸针等，以免影响检查效果；
9. 体检过程中任何时候您有任何疑问，请与您身边的导检护士小姐联系；
10. 若主检医生建议需做其它增选项目检查时，请与您身边的客户服务人员联系；
11. 所有体检项目检查完毕后，请您将体检表交给前台后方可离开，请不要带走；
12. 体检中请保持安静，以免干扰医生的检查工作；

3. Do not take food or water before undertaking preprandial items (ultrasound and blood test)
4. Plea press the pinprick with cotton ball for 2 to 3 minutes after phlebotomize我有友情要出租
5. After preprandial items, plea have breakfast at coffer bar.
6. Plea keep cleaning after taking breakfast and no smoke at Healthway Medical Center.
7. Plea follow the instruction of the health screening list; do not leave out any item.
8. Plea avoid wearing accouterment, such as necklace or brooch, when you undertake chest x-ray. It may affect the results.
9. Plea ask the nurs around you, when you have any enquire.
10. Plea notice the customer rvice staff around you, when the checking doctor suggests you to add item.
11. After all items, plea return your health screening manual to the front desk. Do not take the health screening manual away.
12. Plea be quite when undertake the health screening. Do not disturb the doctors.
