摘要：PURPOSE:To form a device having a high action speed, a low output impedance, and resistant to a disturbing noi, etc., by fetching an output by means of voltage reading and making a circuit into a unit. CONSTITUTION:Signals from light receiving elements D1-Dn are read through a source follower elements MB1-MBn while gate elements MC1-MCn are in a turned-on period by a voltage, and taken out through a buffer amplifier 19 to a terminal 20. In such a ca, a charge driven by the elements MB1-MBn and MC1-MCn is only the parastic capacity of the wiring between the elements MC1-MCn and the amplifier 19, and by tting the number of the light receiving elements D1-Dn, for example, to around eight (n=8), and making the wiring shorter, the driving at extremely high speed is attained. The circuit is t at a one-stage unit, the units are cascaded for an N stage so that the total of the light receiving elements D may be a desired number, outputs V1-VN are successively switched and taken out, and thus, the line nsors in the number of the light receiving elements nXN can be formed.
