Transportation of Transformer
（1） 变压器运输前应外观检查，并核对铭牌数据，符合设计规格型号。
The appearance and nameplate should be checked carefully, ensure the type according with design.
1) 油箱及所有附件应齐全，无锈蚀及机械损伤，密封应良好，油箱与散热管联接处，放油法兰阀应无渗（漏）油现象，储油柜油位略高于正常位置。
The oil tank and all accessories should be completed, should not have rust and mechanical damage. The connection between oil tank and cooler should be tighted, do not have leaking. The oil level is higher than normal position.
2) 高、低压瓷件无损伤痕迹，瓷件釉彩无撞击脱落现象。
H.V & L.V porcelain is in good condition and coat without damage.
3) 高、低压引出线的螺栓丝扣无损伤，所带垫片螺帽齐全。低压引出接线板及螺栓。螺帽
齐全。
Bolt thread of H.V & L.V lead-out wire are not damaged , all bolt accessories are whole.tourguide
4） 出厂的有关资料及产品证明文件齐全。
All the documents provided by manufacturer are whole.
（2）变压器装车运输 Load and Transportation the Transformer
1) 汽车载重吨位与变压器的重量相对应，吊车起吊能力应为1.5－tableau2英文歌曲大全倍变压器重量。
The carrying capacity of lorry and the weight of transformer should match. the carrying capacity of crane is 1.5-2 times of the weight of transformer.
2) 起吊索具应检查可靠，绳扣应系在变压器整体吊装耳上，禁止用箱盖上的吊耳。
Check the rigging carfully. The rings in the body should be ud in stead of rings in the cover board of the oil tank.
3) 吊索与钻垂线的夹角不宜大于30，起落要平稳缓慢。
The angle of rigging and vertical line is not more than 300.
4) 在汽车车箱内，应垫道木或木板，增加变压器与车箱磨擦力。
In order to increa the friction between transformer and lorry carriage, wood block should be ud in the lorry.
5) 变压器装上汽车后，必须用绳索或铁丝进行绑扎固定牢靠，才能开车运输。
Transformer should be tied before drive
6) 汽车在运输中，车速尽量均匀，勿急煞车。好路面行驶速度：20Km/h左右。
The lorry removed in a steady rate and speed is about 20km/h, avoid trigging suddenly.
7) 确认英文变压器运抵现场卸车位置，应是变压器就位最佳位置。室外安装的变压器卸车时，可一次到位，若室内安装的变压器，先用道木搭一个台架，其高度与变压器安装标度一致，台架上铺δ=20mm的钢板或放二根 12＃槽钢，将变压器找正位置，卸在上面。
The transformer should be position at the best site if transformer is installated outside. If transformer is installed in the substation, a plat form which highness same with highness of transformer be installed should be build, and t steel plate of 20mm and two pieces of 12＃channel steels on shelf.
3.变压器安装
Transformer Installation
1） 变压器就位前，应检查变压器的基础道轨宽度应与变压器道轨宽度一致。对室外的变压器安装，构架宽度与变压器轨宽度一致即可安装。
Check the rail width that foundation and transformer’s before local it. Frame width is consistent with rail width of transformer for transformer install outdoor.
2） Transformer installed in substation should be removed it to the plateform. Installed all the accessories, t four roller bars at bottom of transformer,then put the transformer to the position using chine block.
需要进入室内的变压器，应先将其本体吊到临时台架上，安装所有附件，然后用手拉葫芦将变压器拉动移到位置，拉动绳索绑扎的部位，应在变压器重心下部，并在变压器底部设滚杠G32，4kug根，拉动葫芦时可用撬杆助力。
3） If the transformer has a gas relay, the cover board should have a 1-1.5% ascending gradient along airflow direction of the gas relay.
有气体继电器的变压器，应使其顶盖沿气体继电器气流方向有l-1．5％的升高坡度（制造厂规定不须安装坡度除外）。
a) The installation of the transformer should according to the construction drawings. If the designer can not give the size, we should do all the work according to the site coditions,ensure that the condary lead-out wire center line of the transformer is aimed at the center of the LV coming panel.
变压器就位固定必须依据图纸尺寸进行，对没有设计具体尺寸，那么，应根据变压器二次出线的中心线与低压进线盘的中心对准。对封闭母线连接时，其套管中心线应与封闭母线中心线相一致。为下道工序创造条件。
b) The body and fundition of the transformer should be grounded unfailingly. The neutral point of transformer should connected to earthing net
变压器及基础必须可靠接地。中心点接地应与接地网可靠联接。
4.变压器附件安装

1) The accessories of large transformer, for example, cooler and conrvator should be aled and filled with nitrogen. Check the aling, cleaning before installation. Remove the bland plate of transformer and aling shim is provided, Bolts should be fixed to prevent leakage.
zaha大型变压器附件如,散热器、油枕等均应密封充氮，安装时要检查是否有泄露现象的发生，有无灰尘油污，安装前要用油清洗干净，拆除变压器本体盲板加好密封垫，均匀固定螺丝，防止漏油。
2）H.V porcelain bushing insulator should be installed with care.priority
人教版小学三年级英语上册高压瓷套管安装，高压瓷套管为易损器件，安装时一定要小心谨慎。采用吊车配合安装时，要采用绳子捆绑，压垫受力要均匀，防止套管损坏。
