PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues and delivers the RWA with Full Banking Coordinates and MFPA.
2. Seller complete with his full banking coordinates, countersigns and returns the RWA and nds Corporate Invoice to Buyer ……………and/or fax ……
3. Bank Officer’s for Buyer and Seller will communicate via Bloomberg or phone for the purpo of confirmation of readiness of both parties. Confirmed the keys and banking identifications of the officials and their banks, they will interchange by the banking system the keys of the two parts. This action that will be made bank to bank, gives more curity to the transaction. B uyer’s curity must state that they are prepared to receive and pay for on behalf of their client.
4. Delivery is Euroclear/ DTC
5. Settlement is standard Euroclear procedures
6. Both Buyer and Seller must have a Euroclear officer
The standards of the international chamber of commerce, Paris, France regarding non-circumvention and non-disclosure, payments of fees and commissions together with force majored are deemed to be included in the body of this document, even though not explicitly stated herein.
By signing this RWA, both parties agree under the laws and trading guidelines t forth by the ICC that they are ready, willing and able to complete this transaction under the terms and conditions stated within.
