CONSTITUTION:A by-level damper 12 is installed on a by-level blow-out port 11 and the operating rod 14 of a negative pressure actuator 13 is connected to it while the negative actuator 13 is intermittently operated with a certain period by means of intermittent signals generated by an intermittent signal generating device 37. By this construction, three-way type vacuum switching valves 30, 31 are periodically operated by means of intermittent signals generated by the intermittent signal generating device 37, switching the negative actuator 13 periodically to negative pressure and atmospheric pressure. Thereby, a by-level damper 12 is periodically opened and clod causing a pulsating-type air to blow out from the by-level blow-out port 11. Accordingly, uncomfortableness due to a constant continuous wind can be removed, improving comfortableness.
