Lesson Title: Happy Moves - Dance and Body Training for Preschoolers
Grade: Preschool (ages 3-5)
Overview and Purpo:
This lesson is designed to introduce preschoolers to the basics of dance and body training. The lesson will encourage children to explore their body movement in a fun and creative way, while also promoting physical development and coordination. Through the u of music and structured exercis, this lesson aims to promote a love of dance in children while instilling key skills such as balance, coordination and control.

- A large open space for movement

Procedure:

1. Introduction (10 min):
Greet students and explain the purpo of the lesson. Review basic dance steps such as walking in rhythm and moving from side to side. Demonstrate how to stand tall with arms extended to the side, and how to shift the weight from one foot to another.

2. Warm-up activity (5 min):
Play age-appropriate music and encourage students to do free-style movements. This will allow preschoolers to move freely and prepare their bodies for more structured activities.
3. Hula Hoop Coordination (10 min):

Place hoops on the ground in a straight line and ask students to jump into them, one at a time. As they land in each hoop, encourage them to do various movements with their arms and legs.erbitux
4. Body Training (10 min):
On the soft mat, have students do sit-ups, planks and leg lifts, aiming for three ts of 10 repetitions.
5. Scarf Dancing (10 min):

Demonstrate how to lightly toss a scarf into the air and let it glide to the ground. Then ask students to generate their own movements with scarves while following the musical beats.
6. Bean Bag Toss (10 min):

7. Cool-Down Activity (5 min):

Asssment:
Obrve and evaluate students throughout the lesson, and give positive feedback throughout the class. Encourage preschoolers in their efforts, and offer positive corrections, for example, by helping students maintain better posture while sitting or standing.
Closure:
Recap the key elements of the lesson, and ask preschoolers to share their favorite moments or movements. Remind them that learning dance and practicing physical activities is fun, and good for their bodies!
Extension:
To extend the lesson at home, encourage parents to create a small obstacle cour with hula hoops, bean bags and cones, and practice it with their child over the weekend or for a family activity. Offer more structured dance and movement class to interested students.
