Regulations for the Scope of Work Prohibited to Female Employees article 6
Scope of work prohibited for female employees during pregnancy:
malnutrition
working in environments with exposure to various airborne hazardous airborne substances that exceed state health standards, namely: lead and lead compounds, mercury and mercury compounds, benzene, cadmium, beryllium, hydride, nitrous oxide, carbon monoxide, chlorine, hexanolactam, chloroprene, chloroalkene, ethylene oxide, aniline and formaldehyde;
working in the pharmaceutical industry that involves the production of anti-cancer drugs and stilbestrol;
working in environments with exposure to radioactive materials exceeding the dos specified in the Regulations for the Prevention and Protection Against Radioactivity;

work which involves physical labor of the grade III of intensity as stipulated in the Classifications of Physical Labor;
work which involves strenuous physical vibration, such as pneumatic drilling, operating surfacing machines, forging metal and driving tractors;
work which requires frequent bending of the waist, climbing or squatting, such as welding operations; work at heights of the grade I according to the Classification of Work at Heights
女职工禁忌劳动范围的规定第六条
怀孕女职工禁忌从事的劳动范围：
１．作业场所空气中铅及其化合物、汞及其化合物、苯、镉、铍、砷、氰化物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二硫化碳、氯、已内酰胺、氯丁二烯、氯乙烯、环氧乙烷、苯胺、甲醛等有毒物质浓度超过国家卫生标准的作业；
decided２．制药作业中从事抗癌药物及已烯雌酚生产的作业；
３．作业场所放射性物质超过《放射防护规定》中规定剂量的作业；
４．人力进行的土方和石方作业；
５．《体力劳动强度分级》标准中第3级体力劳动强度的作业；
６．伴有全身强烈振动的作业，如风钻、捣固机、锻造等作业，以及拖拉机驾驶等；
７．工作中需要频繁弯腰、攀高、下蹲的作业，如焊接作业；
８．《高处作业分级》标准所规定的高处作业。
Regulations for the Scope of Work Prohibited to Female Employees article 7
Female employees shall not perform the following work during nursing period:
Item 1 and 5 as stated in article 6 of this regulation
Operations where the air-borne concentration of mangane, fluorine, bromine, methyl alcohol, organic phosphorus compounds and organic chloridates exceeds state standards.
