聘任方（简称甲方）：工业大学
Appointing Side（hereinafter referred to as Party A） Institute of Technology
受聘方（简称乙方）：Appointed Side（hereinafter referred to as Party B）
受聘方合作导师（简称丙方）：
Co-supervisor of Appointed Side（hereinafter referred to as Party C）
甲、乙、丙三方自愿签定本合同并保证认真履行合同中规定的各项条款。
英语短语The above triple sides have voluntarily signed this contract and guaranteed to fulfill the articles stipulated in the contract to the letter.
第一条聘任与聘期 Article 1 Appointment and Tenure
甲方聘请乙方担任境外合作博士生导师的聘期为5年，自乙方与丙方合作所招收第一个的博士研究生入学之日起生效。Party A appoints Party B as overas part-time doctoral co-supervisor for five years. The tenure of office is validated from the admission date of the doctoral candidate.
第二条对乙方的工作要求 Article 2 Work Requirements of Party B
在相关领域的前沿方向，按照甲方的有关规定和要求培养高水平的博士生，主要包括：

In the frontier of the related discipline, the overas co-supervisor should cultivate high level doctoral students according to the requirements of Party A, including:
1. 和丙方一起共同对博士研究生的培养及博士学位论文指导负全面责任，主要工作包括：Party B, coupled with Party C, full responsibilities for doctoral education and disrtation supervision jointly assumed include:
选择生源，对博士研究生的录取进行把关；
trustmeChoo appropriate source of doctoral students，and examine the admission qualifications of the doctoral candidate;
指导博士研究生制定个人培养计划；球类运动网
Guide the doctoral student to formulate personal scheme for doctoral education；
指导博士研究生确定研究方向和研究课题；
Guide the doctoral student to determine rearch direction and rearch focus;
指导博士研究生撰写学术论文和博士学位论文；
Guide the doctoral student to write academic papers and doctoral disrtation;
组织博士学位论文的开题报告、预答辩和答辩。
Organize doctoral students to submit rearch proposal, and conduct pilot and final viva.
2. 为相关领域研究生、本科生开设课程或系列专题讲座；Provide cours or workshops for postgraduates and undergraduates in the related fields；
3. 与学科建设、研究生培养有关的其他工作。
Other work related to the discipline construction and postgraduate education.
第三条义务与权利 Article 3 Duties and Rights
一、甲方义务与权利 Duties and Rights of Party A
1. 在聘期内，同意乙方以合作导师身份在甲方招生和培养博士研究生，占丙方的招生指标。
In the tenure, Party B, coupled with Party C, recruit and supervi
doctoral candidates of Party A, which displaces the enrollment quota of Party C.
umd2. 根据本合同规定的有关条款对乙方工作定期进行评估和考核。
In the light of the related provisions stipulated in the contract, Party A will undertake regular asssment and evaluation with respect to the work of Party B.
二、乙方义务与权利Duties and Rights of Party B
本二1. 以合作博士生导师的身份招收及指导甲方博士生。
In the name of co-supervisor, recruit and supervi doctoral candidates of Party A.
2. 完成本合同第二条所规定的工作要求。
Party B fulfills the work requirements stipulated in Article 2 of this contract.
