美国南加州大学摘要：PURPOSE:To permit a variety of working without using any power supply by lowering a manual operation lever repeatedly by a large load of a movable weight at the top edge of an arm by manually turning the arm lightly. CONSTITUTION:When the upper-side arm part of an arms 6 is manually pushed counterclockwi and the arm 6 is lightly turned around a shaft 5, a grooved pulley 15 is fitted in and engaged with an operation lever 11, which is pushed- down by the weight of a movable weight 10. The arm 6 is turned further by the weight and inertia, and parated from the top edge of the operation lever 11, and then the operation lever 11 is elevated and returned to the horizontal position by a spring 13. Thus, a variety of workpieces are procesd by the lowering force of the operation lever 11, and therefore, a fitting member 19 is fixed at the top edge of the operation lever 11, and the rod for cylinder and pressing plates etc. are installed onto said fitting member 19.
