SECTION 1: GENERAL POINTS
1. The following Grading Guide does not cover all spec templates or styling options, plea u as a reference guide, and update any required points bad on Styling.
a. The diagrams in this manual illustrate the Pomelo standard grading, as contained on the Spec Templates
b. Common styling variances have been outlined, with POM’s requiring updating highlighted in yellow.
c. All styling variations will need to be manually updated on the Grading Table on the Google sheet.
d. Refer to POM of Variation and update formula across all cells. Refer to ‘Technical Design Grading SOP’ on how to update the grading sheet. ADD LINK
2. POM codes on the measurement chart are the same POM references to the Measurement Manual Guide. Refer to ‘clotPomelo How to Measure Guide’ on how points are measured.

Technical Design Size Grading Rule Selection
The suggested measurement by the starbuckPattern Maker or the Factory must follow the grading rule standard t by the Technical Design:
• Alphabet Grading (XS-XXL - 6 sizes) and Numeric Grading (except Denim. Sizes 4-16 - 7 sizes)

o the garment will be graded using two steps
o The smallest and largest size will be graded with halves compared to the other sizes
• Dual Grading (XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL) – the garment will be graded using only one step
• Numeric (Denim) Grading (sizes 24 – 34) - the garment will be graded using only one step

• Wide leg styles: ½ hem widths 24cm and over
