49.22g molecular biology grade NaOAc (mw 82.03)
Dissolve in 100ml analar water.
Adjust pH to 5.2 (or 4.6 for beetle group) with glacial acetic acid and adjust volume to 200ml with analar water.
Autoclave and store at 4°C.

0.6g IPTG dissolved in 20ml dH20. Adjust volume to 25ml with dH20 and sterili by filtration through a 0.22 micron disposable syringe filter. Dispen solution into 1ml aliquots and store at 20°C.

192.70g Ammonium acetate into 250ml water.
Heat slightly to dissolve, filter, sterilize.
