摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain an output current independently of the gain and temperature variation with respect to an input current by combining a differential amplifier circuit, a reference current source and a variable current source. CONSTITUTION:A connecting point between the 1st diode 17 and an input current source 18 and a connecting point between the 2nd diode 20 and a variable current source 21 are connected to each ba of a differential amplifier circuit 19. On the other hand, a collector of the 1st transistor (TR) 19a being a component of the differential amplifier circuit 19 and a DC power supply VCC are connected by a reference power supply 22 and a current source 23 giving a sum of a reference current Ir and an output current Ix is connected between emitters of TRs 19a, 19b and ground. Through the constitution above, its output current Ix is expresd as Ix=(Ir/Ic)XIin, and the temperature characteristic of the current Ic of the variable current source 21 and the current Ir of the reference current source 22 is equal to each other becau of the provision in an IC at all times, then the gain Ir/Ic has no temperature characteristic.
