baf40例前列腺穿刺组织病理诊断分析vacuum
目的 探讨穿刺活检对前列腺疾病病理诊断的价值。 方法 对2014年2月～2015年2月在我院收治的40例疑似前列腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析，并对穿刺活检组织进行常规病理学检查分析。 结果 穿刺活检组织病理检查显示，本组40例患者中前列腺增生症27例，前列腺癌（PC）13例，其中3例高分化腺癌，6例中分化腺癌，4例低分化腺癌。免疫组化法分析显示，13例前列腺癌患者CK34βE12、p63 表达均为阴性，P504S表达均为阳性，27例前列腺增生症CK34βE12、p63 表达均为阳性，P504S均为阴性，全部病例PSA均为阳性。 结论 前列腺穿刺组织病理诊断和免疫组化在疾病鉴别诊断中具有较高应用价值，还可用于前列腺癌分化程度评估。nong

记忆力差怎么办here were 27 cas with benign prostatic hyperplasia in this group of 40 cas， and 13 cas with prostate cancer（PC）， among which there were 3 cas with highly differentiated adenocarcinoma， 6 cas with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma， 4 cas with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
