Job Description
We have a current opportunity for a Singapore bad Lab Manager. The successful candidate is a strong leader, having had experience managing and motivating a team in a lab environment. This candidate must also demonstrate strong business skills, be a creative thinker and strong problem solver. This candidate will work cloly with the business development team in future company areas of product growth. This candidate reports to the VP of Applications Development and VP of R&D Operations.
Responsibilities
•Leadership and management of the team

•Responsible for writing protocols and reports in the various development stages. •Collect data and information for projects from databas and publications.
•Self-study of the subjects required for the success of the rearch project and problem solving.
•Guidance of the team in reading and studying of subjects required for the success of the rearch project and problem solving.
•Responsible for the overeing the training and qualification process of rearchers on the team and providing professional guidance when needed.
•Participation in technical forums and the lab meeting.
•Responsible for overeing and reporting QC work and approving quality documents •Responsible for overeing sample preparation and shipments
•Coordination of laboratory inventory
•Coordination of equipment maintenance with the relevant team members
•Evaluation and continuous improvement of methods developed in the lab.
•Maintaining safety rules required in the lab.
