Rearch on Training Mode of Civil Engineering Professionals Bad on School-enterpri Cooperation

Abstract: Science and education is one of China’s basic development strategies, and adhering to the clo combination of theory and practice is the core methodology of cultivating modern talents in China. With the economic take-off, the civil engineering industry has also ushered in an unprecedented ri, but at the same time, all ctors of society have put forward stricter requirements for the quality of civil engineering construction. School-enterpri cooperation mode, which realizes the organic combination of campus theory teaching and enterpri practice training, is one of the most popular new teaching methods for engineering majors in recent years. This paper discuss the positive significance of school-enterpri cooperation in the field of civil engineering education, and discuss the training methods of civil engineering talents from the perspective of school-enterpri cooperation combined with the main problems in the current training of civil engineering talents.

But behind the rapid development, there are many problems that need to be solved urgently. As far as the field of civil engineering construction is concerned, although the relevant professionals basically posss the professionalism of modern engineering construction, the concept of civil engineering design and construction is still deeply influenced by the European and American engineering concepts. Specifically, the application ability of keeping pace with the trend, conforming to the rules, innovative application and integrating Chine local characteristics in specific engineering design and construction is insufficient. School-enterpri cooperation education model has significantly improved the paration between traditional campus teaching and social market demand. Through the combination of production and learning and two-way participation, it not only improves the teaching efficiency, but also promotes the overall improvement of students’ quality, especially the practical quality and innovative quality.
2. The Necessity of School-enterpri Cooperation
(1) Meet the requirements of the times development
In order to complete the important mission of cultivating high-quality talents, colleges and universities have started the school-enterpri cooperation education mode. As early as 2005, the State Council issued relevant laws and regulations, which affirmed the educational model of school-enterpri cooperation and provided theoretical guidance and policy support for the future development of this model. The state vigorously promotes relevant policies, aiming at expanding the development space of school-enterpri cooperation, improving the educational efficiency, ensuring that the educational model of colleges and universities in the new period meets the needs of the times, and cultivating more high-quality talents for China’s social and economic development. The talents trained under the mode of school-enterpri cooperation education can quickly master the necessary skills of their major. In addition, the surviving students can get in touch with related projects in future work in advance, and complete the successful docking from theoretical study to concrete application[1]. The establishment and popularization of school-enterpri cooperation mode can accelerate the integration of schools, enterpris and society, make colleges and universities further clarify the goal and direction of cultivating talents, and ensure that students’ knowledge and skills fully meet the development needs of enterpris, society and the times.
(2) The need to cultivate professional talents
At prent, there are some problems in China’s civil engineering specialty, such as the late start, the talent cultivation mode to be improved, the derailment of students’ knowledge system and practical application, especially the unsatisfactory

experimental results caud by insufficient funds in colleges and universities, which riously affect the improvement of students’ innovative thinking and ability to solve practical problems. Therefore, in the civil engineering specialty, it is urgent to cultivate professional talents and improve the school-enterpri cooperation mode. In 2017, China’s education departments held relevant meetings in some developed regions. The purpo of the minar is to adapt to the development of the times, practice the concept of engineering education, innovate the collaborative education model, improve the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterpris, and cultivate industrialized talents. The education mode of school-enterpri cooperation can enable students to fully understand advanced technology, enjoy the great advantages of the combination of education and industry, and successfully upgrade to innovative and applied talents.

3. The Main Problems of Civil Engineering Personnel T raining
(1) Ignore the importance of practical teachingox的复数
For a long time, civil engineering specialty is famous for its high practicality. Students of this major should not only master relevant professional knowledge, but also put what they have learned in class into practice. Only by combining theory with practice can students’ practical ability be improved[2]. Therefore, civil engineering majors in most colleges and universities will arrange a ries of practical cours in the curriculum, so that students can get in touch with the work content and feel the working environment in advance in enterpri activities. The arrangement of practical cours can improve the systematicness of teaching in this major and enhance students’ operational ability. However, in practical teaching activities, practical teaching is often neglected. Becau of the difficulty in asssing the scores of practical cours and the lack of quantification of learning effects, the problems of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice often occur in civil engineering majors. Ignoring the importance of practical teaching makes students’ independent thinking and practical ability unable to be improved, which is not conducive to the further development of this major.
(2) The lack of innovative ideas

On the one hand, the embodiment of students’ professional quality is influenced by personal talent, and at the same time, it is cloly related to teaching guidance. At prent, most colleges and universities still u the traditional teaching mode of unified teaching materials and unified teaching in the teaching arrangement of civil engineering cours. 4. The Training Path of Civil Engineering Talents Bad on School-enterpri Cooperation

The innovation mechanism under the school-enterpri cooperation system has two meanings: first, it is aimed at the training mechanism of innovative talents; Secondly, it is the innovation of practical teaching methods. The key to cultivating innovative talents lies in helping students to establish a correct n of innovation, that is, on the basis of mastering professional knowledge in a down-to-earth manner, to activate their thinking and spread their subjective consciousness of thinking. When designing related cours, the school should pay attention to the improvement of the innovative ability training scheme. In specific teaching, it should pay attention to the introduction of cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements, and timely revi the teaching materials in combination with the latest developments in the field of civil engineering, so as to highlight the teaching principle of keeping pace with the times. In the teaching process, special attention should be paid to field practice and post practice activities according to regional characteristics. Strengthen the relevance of theoretical learning content and practical content to ensure that students can interact well with classroom knowledge in practice, what they e and do, so as to help students to further clarify the specific differences of civil construction in mountainous areas, coastal areas and karst landforms, deepen students’ professional quality, and cultivate their innovative talents of combining theory with practice and basing on practice.

After the school-enterpri cooperation relationship is reached, both institutions and enterpris should maintain a good communication mechanism, and coordinate the teaching content and practical activities, so as to realize the organic integration of curriculum theory, curriculum cas and curriculum practice, and promote the balanced improvement of students’ professional quality. (3) Enrich the practical content
The focus of school-enterpri cooperation is to promote the clo combination of students’ theoretical knowledge learning and practical skills. To achieve this teaching goal, the school should actively rely on the unique talent training environment of the enterpri on the basis of the existing learning practice teaching to build an enterpri practice ba covering engineering design, construction management, budget formulation, project monitoring and other civil engineering practice fields. Before carrying out specific practice, both schools and enterpris should make targeted practice plans, evaluation standards and even practice salaries bad on the students’ learning situation and professional demands, and strive to create a highly realistic civil exerci activity to improve students’ professional quality in an all-round way.
