摘要：1495192 Blast furnace tuyeres; burners INSTITUT DE RECHERCHES DE LA SIDERURGIE FRANCAISE 7 Oct 1975 [15 Oct 1974] 40906/75 Headings F4B and F4T A blast furnace tuyere developing a sonic shock wave for atomizing auxiliary fuel to be injected into the furnace compris a blast passage formed with a convergent length 3 providing the sonic throat 5, a diverging length 12 and a part 13 shorter than the diverging length 12, which may be cylindrical, convergent or divergent but less so than length 12. As shown there is a further divergent part 14. The nozzle is cooled by a fluid circulating in space 7. Fuel is introduced into the tuyere through jets 11 supplied through annular conduit 9. The junctions between one ction and the next may be rounded off to prevent disturbances in the flow.
