综合征的疗效及安全性比较

[摘要] 目的 研究坤泰胶囊与替勃龙在治疗围绝经期综合征方面的疗效及安全性差异。 方法 选取我院2017年8月～2018年11月收治的围绝经期综合征患者86例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组43例，对照组患者口服替勃龙治疗，观察组口服坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率，同时比较两组治疗前后Kupperman 评分（KMI 评分）和相应激素指标。
smite结果 观察组治疗总有效率（95.35%）显著高于对照组（74.42%）（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组的E 2水平明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05），KMI 评分和FSH 水平均明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率为2.33%，显著低于对照组18.60%（P ＜0.05）。 结论 坤泰胶囊与替勃龙对于围绝经期综合征均具较好疗效，但前者疗效更为显著，对雌激素水平调节效果更好，且患者出现不良反应更少，安全性高。

9695Comparison of efficacy and safety between Kuntai capsule and tibolone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the difference in efficacy and safety between Kuntai capsule and tibolone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 86 patients with perimenopausal sy
ndrome admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to November 2018 were lected and randomly divided into obrvation group and control group,with 43 cas in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral tibolone,while patients in the obrvation group were treated with oral Kuntai capsule.The total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adver reactions were compared between the two groups.The Kupperman menopau index (KMI) score and corresponding hormonal indicators were also compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the obrvation group (95.35%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.42%) (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the E 2 level of the obrvation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05),and
the KMI score and FSH level was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜0.05).The incidence of adver reactions in the obrvation group was 2.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (18.60%) (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Kuntai capsule and tibolone both have good curative effect on perimenopausal syndrome,and the former shows more significant efficacy and better effects on the regulation of estrogen levels,with fewer adver reactions and higher safety.

围绝经期综合征是指妇女在45岁左右至绝经
