摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce the power requirement of fan and maintain a high level of ventilation efficiency by providing a lock key device which normally bias the roller to the damper in the radial direction of the lock bearing member. CONSTITUTION:A lock key device 20 is dispod above a lock bearing member 22. Where the static pressure inside the duct, for instance, is 5mmAq, if the wind pressure of outside air is less than that value, the weight of a balance weight 24 overcomes the wind pressure to cau a vane 16 to clo the duct opening, and a roller 30 is locked in place by the engagement with the lock bearing part 25 of the lock bearing member 22. When the wind pressure of outside air exceeds 5mmAq, the engagement of the roller 30 with the lock bearing part 25 is relead to allow the roller 30 to slide on the circumferential surface of the lock bearing member 22, which then rotates to open the vane 16. In the event the ventilation fan motor is operated, the vane 16 is automatically opened, whereas the vane 16 is clod to interrupt the outside air when the fan motor is stopped and the rush of outside air into the room is to be prevented.
